Day One: Beginners course:

This course is designed as an introduction to performing office based Botox Cosmetic and Dermal filler treatments. Learn the approach, dosing and important safety considerations when performing Botox treatments on the glabella, brow lift, forehead and crows feet areas as well as when performing dermal filler treatments on the naso-labial lines and lip areas.

Day Two: Advanced course:

For the practitioner that wants to take his or her skills to the next level, this course will provide specific information related to every advanced area treatable with Botox cosmetic and dermal filler popular today. Attendees will receive an advanced handbook that includes dosing, technique and safety considerations relevant to each area. After lecture and discussion, participants will be able to witness the various techniques demonstrated on patients with time for questions and small group learning.

Day Three: TOPAL:

A new day has arrived for in-office liposuction. Maximize results and safety with this revolutionary approach of combining laser lipolysis with power assisted tools. Physicians can learn about the various steps that make this procedure simpler to perform, virtually painless and very effective. Dr El-Attar has performed more that 1500 procedures, using this proprietary approach that he invented.


Dr. Renier van Aardt MD(MB,ChB)CCFP

Having graduated from Stellenbosch University in 1991, Dr. Van Aardt moved to Canada in 1993 and became board certified in Family Medicine. Since 2000 he has been doing Aesthetic Medical procedures, now devoting all his time to this area of practice. He is the medical director of Vitality Medi Spa in Halifax and of Laser Plus Medi Spa in Truro, Nova Scotia.

He is a board member of the Canadian Association of Aesthetic Medicine (www.caam.com) and has written two chapters for a medical textbook on Aesthetic Medicine. He is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery. He is an official preceptor for Allergan Canada and devotes much of his time to teaching physicians about various aspects of Aesthetic Medicine. www.nslaser.com


Dr. Ayman El-Attar MD

After graduating with honours from the Alexandra Medical School in 1987, he completed residencies in both general surgery and family medicine in Chigaco Illinois and received a masters degree in surgery in 1992. He is a Board Certified Physician,practicing Cosmetic Surgery in New Jersey, USA. He has published in several reputable medical and surgical journals and lectures internationally about recent advances in laser and cosmetic surgery. He is a fellow of the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery and member of various professional organizations in the fields of cosmetic medicine and surgery. www.topalipo.com
