For all booked appointments we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your service to allow time to register and relax in our serene Spa.
To cancel an appointment we ask that you allow us 24 hours notice, if your are unable to give proper notice please call at your earliest convenience.
Each professional is trained to make you feel most comfortable, if you have any concerns please talk with your provider and they will make adjustments to suit your comfort level.
